The bungalow can be rented separately by floor;

OFF PEAK PERIODS
Upper floor (2 bedrooms) at RM 500 per night (only Mondays to Thursdays)
Lower floor (3 bedrooms) at RM 600 per night (only Mondays to Thursdays).
Whole bungalow RM 900 per night (Mon to Thurs)
RM 1000 per night (Fri to Sun)

PEAK PERIODS
Peak periods (includes Malaysian and Singapore school holidays, extended weekends, public holidays)
Only whole bungalow at RM 1100 per night.

SUPER PEAK (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Christmas and New Year)
Only whole bungalow at RM 1200 per night.

These rates are for normal occupancy of 2 adults/children over 6 yrs per room, i.e. 6 per lower floor and 4
per upper floor. Total occupancy is normally 10 persons for the whole bungalow.
We can provide 2 extra single beds per floor at RM 50 per bed per night, so maximum occupancy is 14
persons.

TERMS

Check out 12 pm /Check in 2 pm

Guests may invite their friends to visit them at the bungalow. The number of visitors allowed in the
bungalow must not exceed 10 persons. All visitors must leave the premises by 12 pm (midnight).
